Towards learning optimized kernels for complex Langevin

We present a novel strategy aimed at restoring correct convergence in complex Langevin simulations. The central idea is to incorporate system-specific prior knowledge into the simulations, order circumvent NP-hard sign problem. In do so, we modify using kernels and propose use of modern auto-differentiation methods learn optimal kernel values. optimization process guided by functionals encoding relevant information, such as symmetries or Euclidean correlator data. Our approach recovers non-interacting theory on Schwinger-Keldysh contour for any real-time extent. For strongly coupled quantum anharmonic oscillator achieve up three-times extent previous benchmark study. An appendix sheds light fact that not only absence boundary terms, but addition Fokker-Plank spectrum crucial.
